*Before you start using our templates, you MUST agree to the following terms and conditions put forward by Proxy Toolkit, if not, you should close this website immediately. We also reserve the right to update and change our Terms Of Service at any given time without notice. By using our templates and themes, you hereby accept all terms and conditions provided below.

*You may not claim to have any intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our templates and themes, modified or unmodified without the written consent of myself.

*You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our templates to fit your own needs.

*Proxy Toolkit is in no event liable for any damages arising out of the use of our templates.

*Refunds will only be issued if the problem is skin related or if we have been given a chance to fix the issue and we cannot make the repairs. Refunds will not be given due to skin problems related to mods or hacks added to your site that interfere with the skin.

*We make no guarantees that these skins will work with every modification or hack available.

*Prior to using the skin you have selected it is strongly recommended that you test it by using our demo.

*You are permitted to alter the code and images of the skin you have purchased. It is also acceptable to use the images on your actual website.

*Under no circumstances is the code of the skin you have purchased (original or modified) permitted to be distributed to other parties.

*Exceptions will only be made with written permission from proxytoolkit.com. All copyright notices must remain in the templates unless a branding free license is purchased.

*On breach of any of these clauses proxytoolkit.com will immediately revoke your license. Furthermore, no refund will be made on license fees, and the approiate action will be taken.

Sharing of Information

*ProxyToolkit.com feels strongly that your personal data should only be seen by you, unless you choose to share it with others. We will never sell, rent, license or exchange personally identifiable data with a third party period! No personally identifiable data or information will be shared with advertisers or partners period! Some of your information may be shared on an aggregate basis only, as a part of a larger set of statistics (for example, statistics that indicate the percentage of our members that are female), but that information will not be sufficient to permit the recipient to identify you. Notwithstanding the forgoing, proxytoolkit.com will only disclose personally identifiable data without your permission in the following limited circumstances: (i) if proxytoolkit.com is required to do so by law, or (ii) if proxytoolkit.com has the good faith belief that such action is necessary to conform to applicable laws or comply with legal process served on proxytoolkit.com, or to protect and defend the rights or property of proxytoolkit.com or another subscriber or to enforce the Terms of Service.
